By using the Site, contacting us through it, or texting our mobile number, you agree to this policy.

  • Contact and lead forms. When you submit a form on the Site (such as Contact, Buy, Sell, or the Free Homebuyer Course), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message or details you choose to share.
  • Voice calls. When you call our mobile number, the call may be answered by our automated voice agent. We may receive your caller ID, recordings, and transcripts of the conversation.
  • Text messages. When you text our mobile number, we receive your phone number and the content of your message so that we can reply.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, we receive standard log information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on forms for spam protection, which evaluates a small amount of browser data to confirm you are a real person.

  • We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers we use

To run the Site and respond to inquiries, we use a small number of trusted vendors. They process your information only to provide their service to us.

  • Twilio for voice and SMS infrastructure
  • Compass Realty Group for our customer relationship management system
  • Resend for email delivery of lead notifications
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for form spam protection
  • Netlify for hosting and serverless functions

Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not currently use third party advertising or remarketing cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work correctly without them.

Your choices and rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing cara.painter@compass.com. You can also opt out of text replies at any time by replying STOP to a message.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
